How The Three of Wands is Relevant to Me
Yesterday I felt myself spiralling. I get overwhelmed so easily and I am worried about what I have taken on and whether I have the confidence to see it through. I am particularly worried about social media and the impact it has on my mental health. There is a reason why I abandoned it completely a few years ago and even gave up a smartphone in favour of a basic flip phone. I am worried that I will become obsessed with it, struggle with the inevitable negativity that comes with putting yourself out there and ultimately, give up.
That is partly why I started these readings. I need to acknowledge that this is how I feel but try to manage the illogical throught processes and negativity that takes over. Somehow, I need to learn not to let things bother me that are out of my control.
Steve has told me to be careful that I don’t try and do too much. I need to remember that although I do feel more able, I am still recovering and my pain levels fluctuate day to day. I just want to make sure that I have a viable business built up ready for moving onto the boat. I know I have time but building a profitable business takes not only time but commitment.
After yesterday and the spiralling thoughts that were going on, I know that I need to take a step back and relax.
I need some boat time!
