So for the last few weeks I have been feeling increasingly unsettled with my appearance. I have had grey hair now for over 9 years. I have always loved it and didn’t think I would ever change it. Lately though, when I look in the mirror and see myself with my grey hair and my walking stick, I feel so old. I didn’t like the person I saw and felt desperate to make a change. I have always wanted bright pink hair and seeing as I am definitely going through a personal growth stage, last night I dyed it with fuschia shock manic panic. It is very bright but I love it. I am not sure if the accident has changed something in me or just given me the confidence to not give a shit anymore. Whatever it is, I am just going to trust my intuition and do with what makes me feel good.
