Kings bring a very masculine energy into their suit. The elements that he represents are fire and earth; in this instance they work together rather than trying to overpower each other. He is in a very comfortable and privileged position. Even his clothing, a luscious robe covered in grapes on their vine and his crown adorned with flowers ooze money. He is surrounded by a lavish garden and his castle can be seen in the background. He wants for nothing and is happy with his current situation. He takes pride though in making sure he looks after everyone who live and work in the castle.
How the King of Pentacles is Relevant to Me
The King of Pentacles can represent financial security. At the moment, that feels very far from our financial situation. However, the ongoing legal ramblings and potential compensation do make us think about our financial future.
We have no idea what amount of money we will get but it doesn’t stop us dreaming about the future and what we could do with the money. Yesterday we visited Apsley in Hertfordshire. We found a lovely pub on the canal and then went for a walk. There is an Aquavista marina there which provides both leisure and residential moorings. The best bit though were the roving trader boats who were mooring for the weekend. There was a record store, a Caribbean takeaway, a pub, a lady selling homemade bird houses and crystals and a pizza takeaway. We spent some time chatting with the traders and by the time we left we were pretty certain that this was the life we want to create.
As always with everything, it comes down to money. I can only hope that the King of Pentacles is a glimpse into our future and we will get everything we need to make it happen.
