As one of the Major Arcana, this is considered to be a card aimed at looking at the longer term. Depending on how your question is targeted, this could be the past, present or future. The Chariot is a symbol of building momentum. In the card we see a man in armour holding the reins firmly in their hands. The Chariot is telling you that you have the necessary drive and focus to overcome obstacles and reach your goals. The Sphinxes are lying patiently, waiting for direction of which way to go. The river in the background is a hint towards our emotions and a reminder to keep our intuition in mind with regards to any big decisions. With any long term goal, time is on your side. There is no need to make any rash decisions.
How The Chariot is Relevant to Me
Today could be a big day as far as future goals are concerned. I am awaiting an email from my solicitor which will help me to make a decision with all the facts at hand. I think I already know what the decision will be and although we are still a few weeks away from knowing how my ESA/PIP decision will go, I feel quite at peace with the direction I have chosen to take. We have a long term plan and The Chariot will guide me in the right way. All injuries aside, I feel like I will have the resources to get what I have always wanted, I just may have to adapt it if my recovery takes longer than originally anticipated.
With regards to my personal and spiritual goals, I have already made some decisions on how I want to approach this. I have treated myself to a monthly subscription box with St Andrews Crystals. I did quite a lot of research into this and ultimately, I am happy with this company and their ethos. I love the small selection of crystals I have but I do need some help with regards to how to use them in my spiritual practice. Ultimately, I do want to expand this site into an online Tarot reading business so I need to do a lot of work to get ready for that. The crystals are a big part of that.
We have a five year plan. Lets see if we can make it happen!
