The Two of Pentacles

Upright Keywords: Prioritisation, adaptability, time management, multi tasking

Symbolism & Meaning

A poodle balances on a pentacle represented as a ball whilst also balancing another pentacle on its nose. This is precarious and requires great skill, dexterity and flexibility. You are entering a period where the ability to multi task will help you to find the balance needed to support you through this journey. Just don’t forget to have fun!

How The Two of Pentacles is Relevant to Me

I have mentioned a few times now that we currently have a lot going on. I have always been pretty good at multi tasking but prior to this, I didn’t also have pain to manage in the background. Thankfully, my pain management is under control for the most part and I have even started to reduce one of my medications. In total I have my silver business, this tarot blog, my recovery and the impending narrowboat. I haven’t even included the day to day house stuff that we all have to juggle. Steve also has a lot on and is juggling his full time job, In the Abyss and the impending narrowboat.

Luckily, both Steve and I need to feel organised and in control of our daily lives. At the moment, it doesn’t quite feel real that we are even buying a narrowboat. I am sure that will all change on Monday when we see our potential future being lifted out of the water on a crane!

Sarah Louise Silver Works is also ongoing. My boxes have arrived and I am nearly ready to get my pieces thoroughly polished and up for sale on my Etsy shop. I have a beautiful Amethyst geode on order which I will be using in my photographs.

Then there is social media. I need to fully embrace Facebook, Instagram and possibly YouTube in order to keep the algorithm’s going in the right direction.

The Two of Pentacles also says to remember to have fun. Although we both have a lot on our plates, all of this does feel fun. Google sheets are our friend and we have quite a few on the go. That and lots of checklists.

Providing the survey goes ok and the purchase goes through, this time next week we will be cruising to our permanent leisure mooring spot. This will be stressful but hopefully, the beginning of injecting some fun into our otherwise chaotic lives!
