The swords symbolise our thoughts and ideas. I have been pondering on the fact that I have pulled them more frequently than other suits. Let’s face it though, at the moment, my thoughts are all I have to focus on day to day.
The Ace, as with all of the suits, represents the first exciting steps in a process.
The crown symbolises clear ideas being received. The dangling ferns represent a wreath of victory and the desire to put those ideas into action.
How the Ace of Swords is relevant to me
In my case, the ace of swords is leading me towards immediate action to bring my ideas to fruition. It is encouraging me to lean into my desire to deepen my spiritual practices.
A few years ago now I took an online course in how to take tarot and turn it into a legitimate business. I am a way off even thinking about that but this is encouraging me to take steps towards making this a reality one day.
For now, my journal is enough but by planting the seed, who knows where it could take me.
